Wood flour
The wood flour used is decisive for the production of these profiles. In particular, the residual moisture is important for the product quality.
Stabilizer compounds
The basic properties (e.g. impact strength, tensile strength and gelation) of the profile are set with the aid of the stabilizer compounds.
Plastics
ADD-Chem formulations are based on 40 to 50% plastic. In the case of mixtures in particular, the impact strength and gelling ability can be influenced by the selected plastic.
